Withdrawing an enquiry

If you ask us to withdraw an enquiry before it has been transferred, we will stop the introduction process where reasonably possible.

If the enquiry has already been shared with an independent seller or service provider, we will explain this where possible. You may also need to contact that participant directly.

Withdrawing an enquiry does not automatically cancel a product order placed separately with an independent seller.

Orders, payments and returns

ShopKlix LTD cannot cancel or refund a payment made directly to an independent seller. Questions about an order, payment, shipment, return or warranty must be sent to the seller named in the relevant order or payment documentation.
