Payments, Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
Last reviewed: 24 July 2026
This page explains the role of webajaib.com in relation to product enquiries, payments, shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds.
1. Enquiry-only website
webajaib.com is a sponsored product advertising and lead-generation website operated by ShopKlix LTD. The website provides general product information and allows Canadian residents to submit a no-obligation enquiry about possible product availability and pricing.
ShopKlix LTD does not complete product sales through this website. In particular, webajaib.com does not:
- accept or process payments;
- request or store payment-card details;
- issue product invoices or order confirmations;
- enter into a product purchase contract;
- reserve or dispatch products;
- arrange product delivery; or
- collect a fee from users for submitting an enquiry.
Because no purchase or payment takes place on webajaib.com, there is no website transaction with ShopKlix LTD to cancel, return or refund.
2. No obligation to purchase
Submitting an enquiry is free and does not create an order, reserve a product or require you to accept an offer. You remain free to decline any communication or offer made by a participating seller.
An enquiry does not guarantee that the advertised product will be available in your province or territory or that a participating seller will make an offer.
3. Participating independent seller
ShopKlix LTD may pass your enquiry to a participating independent seller, distributor or product service provider that appears able to respond to your request.
Before asking you to place an order or make a payment, the participating seller should clearly provide:
- its legal or trading name and contact information;
- the manufacturer, product name and exact model being offered;
- the final price in Canadian dollars;
- applicable sales taxes and other charges;
- available payment methods;
- the shipping area and any delivery charges;
- the estimated dispatch and delivery period;
- the contents of the product package;
- applicable warranty coverage;
- its cancellation and return conditions; and
- the procedure for requesting a refund or reporting a problem.
Any subsequent purchase agreement is entered into directly between you and the identified seller. ShopKlix LTD is not the seller merely because it introduced your enquiry.
4. Payments
Do not submit payment-card information, banking information or account passwords through the enquiry form on webajaib.com.
If you decide to purchase from a participating seller, payment must be made using the seller’s identified and authorized payment process. The seller is responsible for payment security, invoicing, receipts and any applicable payment dispute.
ShopKlix LTD cannot access, cancel or refund a payment made directly to an independent seller.
5. Prices and taxes
Any price mentioned in advertising or during an initial enquiry must be confirmed by the participating seller before purchase. The seller must explain whether the quoted amount includes or excludes applicable Canadian sales taxes, delivery charges, optional accessories or other fees.
Prices, availability and promotional conditions may vary by seller, province, territory, product configuration and time of enquiry.
6. Shipping and delivery
webajaib.com and ShopKlix LTD do not dispatch or deliver products. The participating seller is responsible for confirming whether delivery is available to your address.
Before purchase, ask the seller to confirm:
- the shipping provider or delivery method;
- shipping and handling charges;
- the estimated dispatch and delivery dates;
- tracking availability;
- delivery restrictions; and
- the procedure for delayed, lost or damaged shipments.
Delivery estimates should not be treated as guaranteed unless the seller expressly states otherwise in its own contract.
7. Cancelling an order
If you place an order with a participating seller and later wish to cancel it, you must contact that seller directly using the contact details provided in its order confirmation, invoice or terms of sale.
Whether an order can be cancelled may depend on the seller’s terms, whether the product has already been processed or dispatched, and the mandatory consumer rights that apply in your province or territory.
ShopKlix LTD cannot cancel an order placed with an independent seller.
8. Returns and exchanges
Return eligibility, return periods, product-condition requirements, return authorization procedures and return shipping costs are determined by the participating seller’s disclosed return policy and applicable Canadian law.
Before returning a product, contact the seller and request its return instructions. Do not send products to ShopKlix LTD’s registered address unless ShopKlix LTD has expressly confirmed in writing that it is the responsible seller and has provided return authorization.
Products sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or processed.
9. Refunds
A refund for a product purchased from a participating seller must be requested from that seller. The seller is responsible for assessing the request and explaining:
- whether the purchase qualifies for a refund;
- which amounts are refundable;
- whether shipping charges are refundable;
- the required return procedure;
- the expected processing period; and
- the method by which an approved refund will be issued.
ShopKlix LTD cannot issue a refund for money it did not receive.
10. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, appears defective or differs from the product ordered, contact the seller promptly and retain the packaging, order confirmation, photographs and other relevant evidence.
The seller is responsible for providing instructions and remedies in accordance with its warranty, contractual obligations and applicable consumer-protection law.
11. Warranty
webajaib.com does not itself issue a product warranty. Any manufacturer, distributor or seller warranty must be identified and provided by the participating seller before purchase.
Before ordering, confirm:
- the name of the warranty provider;
- the warranty duration;
- the components and defects covered;
- applicable exclusions;
- who pays shipping or inspection costs; and
- the procedure for making a warranty claim.
A commercial warranty does not replace mandatory statutory rights that may apply to the transaction.
12. Canadian consumer rights
Nothing on this website or in a participating seller’s policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.
Consumer rights, cancellation periods and available remedies can vary according to the province or territory, the seller’s location, the method of sale and the circumstances of the transaction.
If you cannot resolve a dispute with a seller, you may wish to contact the consumer-protection authority in your province or territory.
13. Withdrawing a product enquiry
You may ask ShopKlix LTD to stop processing or correct an enquiry by using the Contact page.
If the enquiry has already been shared with a participating seller or service provider, you may also need to contact that participant directly.
Withdrawing an enquiry does not automatically cancel an order that you separately placed with an independent seller. Order cancellations must be requested from that seller.
14. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment was processed incorrectly, first contact the seller named on the invoice, payment confirmation or account statement.
You may also contact your card issuer or payment provider about available dispute procedures. ShopKlix LTD cannot investigate or reverse a payment that it did not process or receive.
